How are your meals packed?

Our Complete Meals are packed in sealed boxes which contain five entrées including a variety of beef, chicken, pork and seafood recipes. All entrées are accompanied by 2 perfectly portioned sides. All our meals are selected and analyzed by a registered dietitian, a knowledgeable food expert. Most importantly, each meal will provide you with 1/3 of the USDA’s daily adult nutritional requirements. In addition, each meal is:

  1. Cooked in a USDA-inspected facility that ensures safe and wholesome meals.
  2. Using state-of-the-art preparation methods, along with immediate shipping, always guarantees freshness.
  3. Designed to retain its nutritional integrity, texture and taste while providing a delicious and nutritionally balanced alternative.
  4. Re-heatable in both conventional and microwave ovens.
How big is the package, and how much does it weigh?

7 meal pack is 14” x 9 1/8” x 8 ½” and it weighs 9.5 pounds

How long will it take me to prepare my meal?

All of our individual meals are easily microwaveable and ready to enjoy in just 5-6 minutes. You can also reheat them in a conventional oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

How many servings are in each meal?

Our meals are designed to provide you with 1/3 of the USDA’s daily adult nutritional requirements. Each meal brings a protein entrée, accompanied by 2 perfectly portioned sides.

Are your photos of the actual food?

Yes, our photography reflects the actual product you'll receive at home! And they show the exact portion size too.

Where do I find ingredient and nutritional information?

Our product packaging includes all the ingredients contained in your individual meal. Additionally, we supply both per-meal and weekly nutritional information right here on our site, from the menu page. What if I don’t like something that I receive?

Our 100% product satisfaction guarantee states that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of our meals, or we will replace your product.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within the United States.

How often do you deliver?

We can deliver as frequently as you would like. You decide how much and when you need your meals, and we will be pleased to oblige any request.

Can you deliver to a P.O. box?

We're sorry, shipping is not available to P.O. boxes.

Do I have to be home in order to receive my meals?

You do not have to be home for the delivery. The order will arrive in a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice that will be fine until you arrive home later that day. If there are any issues or concerns when you get your order let us know and we will replace or credit anything that there are problems with.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is placed either via phone or on the Internet, your meals will be delivered within three (3) business days.

How do I pay for my Meals?

You pay securely right on our cart. Be assured that your information is safe. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. If you are uncomfortable with that, call us at 877-516-2442, and you can provide us with the credit card information.
