How are your meals packed?

Our meals are packed in sealed boxes which contain five entrées including a variety of beef, chicken, pork and fish recipes. All entrées are accompanied by 2 perfectly portioned sides. All our meals are selected and analyzed by a registered dietitian, a knowledgeable food expert. Most importantly, each meal will provide you with 1/3 of the USDA’s daily adult nutritional requirements. In addition, each meal is:

  1. Cooked in a USDA-inspected facility that ensures safe and wholesome meals.
  2. Using state-of-the-art preparation methods, along with immediate shipping, always guarantees freshness.
  3. Designed to retain its nutritional integrity, texture and taste while providing a delicious and nutritionally balanced alternative.
  4. Re-heatable in both conventional and microwave ovens.
How big is the package, and how much does it weigh?

7 meal pack is 14” x 9 1/8” x 8 ½” and it weighs 9.5 pounds

How long will it take me to prepare my meal?

All of our individual meals are easily microwaveable and ready to enjoy in just 5-6 minutes. You can also reheat them in a conventional oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

How many servings are in each meal?

Our meals are designed to provide you with 1/3 of the USDA’s daily adult nutritional requirements. Each meal brings a protein entrée, accompanied by 2 perfectly portioned sides.

Are your photos of the actual food?

Yes, our photography reflects the actual product you'll receive at home! And they show the exact portion size too.

Where do I find ingredient and nutritional information?

Our product packaging includes all the ingredients contained in your individual meal. Additionally, we supply both per-meal and weekly nutritional information right here on our site, from the menu page. If you have any other questions about our food or general nutrition questions, please call us toll-free at 1-877-516-2442.

What if I don’t like something that I receive?

Our 100% product satisfaction guarantee states that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of our meals, or we will replace your product.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within the United States.

How often do you deliver?

We can deliver as frequently as you would like. You decide how much and when you need your meals, and we will be pleased to oblige any request.

Can you deliver to a P.O. box?

We're sorry, shipping is not available to P.O. boxes.

Do I have to be home in order to receive my meals?

You do not have to be home for the delivery. The order will arrive in a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice that will be fine until you arrive home later that day. If there are any issues or concerns when you get your order let us know and we will replace or credit anything that there are problems with.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is placed either via phone or on the Internet, your meals will be delivered within three (3) business days.

How do I pay for my Meals?

You pay securely right on our cart. Be assured that your information is safe. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. If you are uncomfortable with that, call us at 877-516-2442, and you can provide us with the credit card information.

What if I have a question about my bill?

These recipes have gone through rigorous review. The meals are specifically designed to provide 1/3 of the daily reference intake requirements based on the 2000 calorie per day diet.   The meals are nutritious, delicious and ready in minutes, right out of the freezer and into the oven or microwave. Low Sodium Meals are a cost effective way to introduce a nutrition program that is strongly diet controlled while being flexible and convenient.

We are excited to now add a full menu of low sodium, diabetic friendly, low carbohydrate and nutritionally focused meals. These meals are perfect for individuals with issues in diet or weight management and also for those with heart problems.

The entire meal program includes 6 different meal packs with 7 meals in each. For optimum cost we ship 2 x 7 meal packs together per order though just 7 meals can be purchased as well. Whether you need prepared meals short term or on an ongoing basis we are here to help. For simplicity, meals can be ordered as needed or you can be placed onto an autoship program with meals coming on a scheduled basis as desired.

If you are searching on high blood pressure diet, low sodium prepared meals, low sodium products or hypertension diet, you’re at the right place. Our low sodium foods service delivers to the entire US, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Purchasing a Low Sodium diet plan online is secure and simple, but if you don’t have internet access, simply speak to our friendly and helpful staff by calling our Toll-free line at 877-516-2442. Our Low Sodium Diet Menu is delivered to your door. The low salt meals are delicious and easy to prepare, and are ideal for a low sodium diet.  

Low Sodium Diet Meal Planning can be difficult and confusing- we make it easy. Our six low salt prepared meal packages feature fully-prepared low salt prepared meals.

This low sodium prepared foods program offers a full menu where you may select one of six meal packs consisting of seven Low Sodium Diet meals each. The meals heat easily in the microwave from a frozen or thawed state.
